India: Activists to hold rally towards Line of Actual Control in Ladakh March 27

Ladakhi climate activist Sonam Wangchuk will hold a rally towards the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh on March 27. The action aims to raise awareness of the alleged loss of pastoral land in Ladakh to China and India. Activists plan to reach the Pangong Tso Lake, Demchok, and Chushul areas along the border with China; the exact routes remain unclear. Participation is expected to be in the tens of thousands.
