Officials will likely deploy to monitor and manage the gatherings. Authorities could close roads near planned gathering locations. Rally participants could march in nearby roads ahead of and after scheduled events. Demonstrations may also occur in public squares or near government buildings elsewhere in the country. Confrontations between demonstrators and security personnel are possible, particularly if participants ignore police orders.
Avoid the gatherings as a standard security precaution. Plan for localized road travel delays during the morning near demonstration areas. Heed the instructions of local officials.
