Authorities are responding to Russian missile strikes in Odesa as of late April 10. Two explosions reportedly occurred around 18:20, and an additional explosion was reported around 18:30. The strikes killed at least four individuals, wounded seven others, and damaged transport infrastructure and vehicles. The number of reported casualties may rise as emergency services respond to the missile strikes.

Heightened security measures will likely be in place around the impact sites over the coming hours. Localized ground transport and business disruptions are probable. Utility outages are also likely in the aftermath of the strikes.
