Authorities are responding to Russian missile strikes in Odesa as of late April 29. Two explosions reportedly occurred at around 18:24 and 18:28. The explosions appeared to occur at the Students' Palace of the National University "Odesa Legal Academy" (Palats Studentiv Natsionalnoho Universytetu Odeska Yurydychna Akademiya) on Novoberehova Street. The strikes killed at least four people, wounded at least 28 others, and damaged local buildings and infrastructure. The number of reported casualties may rise as the emergency response continues.
