Unionized workers from a variety of sectors plan to hold a rally and protest march in central Bucharest, Romania, on May 13. The purpose of the demonstration is to demand reduced taxes. Participants will rally at Victoria Palace (Palatul Victoria) on Victory Square (Piata Victoriei) 10:00-12:00 before marching to the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity on Strada Demetru I. Dobrescu, the Ministry of Finance on Bulevardul Libertatii, and the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism on Calea Victoriei. It is unclear what route demonstrators will march or how many participants may attend.
