Canada: Transit workers call off June 7 strike in Toronto following talks /update 1

Public transit workers affiliated with the Amalgamated Transit Union Local 113 (ATU Local 113) have called off a planned strike in Toronto June 7 following successful talks with management. The original purpose of the action was over work conditions and other labor-related demands. Regular services will proceed June 7.
