At least 25 fire crews are responding to the site of the blaze, which reportedly began in Isawiya before spreading south. Flames have reportedly reached the grounds of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; flames are also reported near Hadassah Mount Scopus hospital and Ofrit military base. As of early June 26, no casualties related to the fire had been reported.
