Civil society groups plan to protest in La Rambla, Barcelona, from 18:00 July 6. Protesters will denounce over-tourism as part of the campaign "Enough! Let's put limits on tourism". Multiple local societies will take part; tens of thousands have taken part in similar events in Malaga, Palma de Mallorca, and other tourist centers in recent weeks. It is likely that several thousand will participate. Further protests are possible in other urban centers.
