Higher education degree holders will gather at the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy on Al-Bijiyah Street in Baghdad's Al-Mansour area from 09:00.
Sept. 3:
Retired Iraqi army personnel plan to protest before the Ministry of Finance from 08:00.
Medical graduates plan to gather at Tahrir Square at 08:00 before marching towards Gate 1 of Baghdad's Green Zone.
