Activists plan to march in Montevideo on Aug. 24. The gathering (Marcha del Filtro) will commemorate civil unrest near the Filtro Hospital in Montevideo in 1994. The gathering will begin at 18:00; activists will march from Obelisco a los Constituyentes de 1830 (Obelisk of Montevideo) to Filtro Hospital. A few hundred people are likely to participate.
