Germany: Activists to demonstrate at Cologne town hall, Sept. 16

Local activist groups plan to demonstrate at the town hall in Cologne from 14:00 on Oct. 1. Campaign groups will object to a potential tram line tunnel proposed as part of a major public transport upgrade in the city center. Based on previous events, several hundred people will likely participate.
