Participants will assemble on Carretera 190 near the former office of the State Public Education Institute of Oaxaca (Instituto Estatal de Educacion Publica de Oaxaca, IEEPO) in the city's Santa Lucia del Camino area at 06:00 before marching to the Zocalo in the Centro Historico area.
