Flighs have resumed at East London's King Phalo Airport (ELS), Eastern Cape Province, as of the morning of Oct. 9. Operations at the facility were halted Oct. 8 following poor weather conditions and regulatory issues. This is the second such incident following a similar closure Sept. 12.
