A rocket attack reportedly targeted US-led coalition forces at the Conoco Gas Field base in Syria's Deir Ez-Zur Governorate late Oct. 17. There were no immediate reports of casualties or material damage. Unconfirmed reports indicate that US-led coalition forces have launched retaliatory strikes on suspected Iran-backed militia sites near Marrat.
