Activists plan to protest at the Sureyya Opera House on General Asim Gunduz Caddesi in Kadikoy, Istanbul, from 16:00 on Nov. 2. The purpose of the demonstration is to denounce the alleged negligence that led to the death of a university student in an accident at a state-run university one year ago. The event is planned to occur on the anniversary of the incident. It was not immediately clear how many participants may attend.
