Increased security and transport disruptions are likely during the Los Angeles Dodgers victory parade in downtown Los Angeles on Nov. 1. The parade starts at 11:00 AM at Gloria Molina Grand Park, in front of Los Angeles City Hall, then proceeds along 1st Street to Grand Avenue, ending at 5th and Flower Streets near the Los Angeles Central Library. It will last about 45 minutes and be followed by a ticketed celebration at Dodger Stadium.
Heightened security throughout the parade route is likely. Multiple road closures have been in place since early Nov. 1 in anticipation of the parade. Some business disruptions along the parade route are also likely. Overcrowding of public transportation is possible near the parade area.
