Flight disruptions will likely affect Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) in Boston, Massachusetts, into at least late Oct. 14 due to low ceilings in the area. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has issued a ground delay program for BOS that is slated to remain in effect until at least 20:59 Oct. 14.
