Authorities are responding to at least two explosions near the Federal Supreme Court in Brasilia as of late Nov. 13. Initial reports indicate that one explosion occurred in Plaza dos Tres Poderes in front of the Supreme Court building, killing at least one person, while a second blast occurred in a stationary vehicle at a carpark between the Supreme Court and the Chamber of Deputies. Police have not confirmed any arrests or the motive for the incident.
