A suspected Lebanese Hizballah (LH) rocket attack targeted Tira in the Central District overnight Nov. 1-2. The projectile struck a building, causing an explosion and fire, injuring at least 11 people.
Heightened security and disruptions to transport and business are likely in the affected area over the coming hours. Further cross-border violence is probable over the coming hours and days.
Tira is located around 21 km (13 miles) southeast of Natanya.
