Norway: Railway disruptions ongoing nationwide Nov. 13

Train travel delays are ongoing across Norway as of the afternoon of Nov. 13. The disruptions started following the failure of the Telenor mobile telecommunications company network. The breakdown caused telecommunications issues across Norway but has been fixed reportedly; however, train lines continue to be affected nationwide.
