Opposition activists are protesting in front of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office on Sutjeska Street in Novi Sad on the morning of Nov. 20. The purpose of the rally is to denounce the ongoing investigations in regard to the recent collapse of the roof of Novi Sad's railway station which left 15 people dead. The demonstration will likely continue in the coming days as investigations on the collapse of the structure continue. Participants have reportedly attempted to access the building, where a police cordon has been organized. Limited clashes were reported.
Authorities will likely maintain increased security near the affected area through Nov. 20 and possibly in the coming days. Localized road travel disruptions are likely near the demonstration site. Limited clashes are possible.
