Activists part of the Candlelight Action movement plan to hold a protest march from City Hall Station to Sungnyemun Gate in Seoul from 15:00 on Nov. 16 to demand the resignation of President Yoon Suk Yeol. Previous demonstrations have drawn thousands of participants.

Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely along the march route and near protest sites. Isolated scuffles between police and activists cannot be ruled out. Associated business disruptions are possible.
