West Java workers associated with the Confederation of Indonesian Trade Unions (KSPI) and the Labor Party have indefinitely postponed a plan to protest outside the State Palace in Jakarta as of Dec. 25. The rallies were scheduled for Dec. 24, 26, and 27 over the provincial Indonesian sectoral minimum wage (UMSK) and removal of a high-level government official. Heightened security is possible near the State Palace as a precaution.
