UK: Authorities disposing of unexploded ordnance in Portsmouth Dec. 3

Authorities are disposing of an unexploded bomb found on the Southsea Common area of Portsmouth as of late afternoon Dec. 3. The ordnance was discovered during construction works earlier in the day. Technicians plan to dispose of the device using a controlled explosion.
