Authorities could bolster security measures near BTarena, in Cluj-Napoca, due to the Euro-cup basketball U-BT Cluj-Napoca-Hapoel Jerusalem game, which will start from 18:00 Jan. 8. Security measures could be implemented shortly before the beginning of the game. In previous games police reportedly cordoned off Hapoel Jerusalem supporters due to the presence of political activists denouncing the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. Increased security measures could remain around the BTarena area until the conclusion of the sports event.

Localized road travel and transport disruptions are possible near the impacted area. Confrontations between teams' supporters, and between activists and law enforcement officers cannot be discounted.

Avoid the affected area until the end of the game as a standard precaution. Heed instructions from law enforcement officers. Immediately leave the area at the first signs of confrontation.
