Over 80 emergency personnel are responding to a fire at a plastics factory in Nohari, Paltan-myeon, Gyeonggi Province, April 24. The cause of the blaze that started around 11:15 is unclear. There are no immediate reports of casualties or of the blaze spreading to other compounds.

Heightened security and localized transport disruptions are likely near the affected area. Authorities may restrict access to nearby roads to facilitate the movement of emergency vehicles. Officials may also mandate building evacuations and business closures in the vicinity as a precaution until clearance operations and investigations end.

The incident site is approximately 17 km (10.6 miles) west of Osan city.
