Tropical storm warnings for Baja California peninsula canceled as Norma changes course and heads out to sea

Event

Tropical Storm Norma (which has weakened into a tropical depression) has changed course and is now moving out into the Pacific Ocean. Norma was initially predicted to hit the Baja California peninsula. The storm is now not expected to have any impact on Mexico and all tropical storm warnings have been canceled.
