Disruptions expected at Paris-Orly Airport on December 22 and January 5 due to baggage handler strikes

Warning

Event

Baggage handlers and runway workers at Paris-Orly International Airport (ORY) are set to hold strikes on Friday, December 22, and Friday, January 5. The strikes will take place from 11:00 to 13:00 and again from 17:00 to 19:00 on each day (local time). The union behind the strike has warned that these measures are likely to cause flight disruptions (delays and possible cancelations). Baggage handling services could also be limited.

Advice

Travelers are advised to confirm the status of their flights prior to departure for the airport, contact their airlines for more information, and consider traveling with hand luggage only on the above dates.
