France: Paris RER A commuter train service disruptions in August

RER A commuter rail line service will be suspended in Paris due to annual maintenance works July 28 through August 26

Service provided by the RER A commuter train in Paris will be suspended between La Défense and Nation stations from July 28 through August 26, due to annual maintenance work. During the scheduled maintenance, RER A service will be suspended at Charles de Gaulle-Etoile, Auber, Châtelet-Les Halles, and Gare de Lyon stations; La Défense and Nation will serve as temporary terminuses.

Furthermore, outside of Paris service will be suspended along the RER A line between Maisons-Laffitte and Poissy stations during the same period.

The RER A is the busiest commuter line in Europe.
