Chile: Indefinite LAN Express (airline) strike from April 10 /update 5

Cabin crew staff at the airline LAN Express, a subsidiary of LATAM, are set to launch an indefinite strike on Tuesday, April 10. Significant disruptions are anticipated; according to the union behind the strike, up to 100 percent of flights could be affected, including international services. LAN Express has already canceled or rescheduled a number of short- and medium-haul flights initially set to operate between April 10 and April 16; according to the airline, long-haul flights should not be impacted.
