Chile: LAN Express cabin crew strike set to continue /update 8
LAN Express strike in Chile launched April 10 continues; flight disruptions expected through at least April 25

A strike by cabin crew staff at the airline LAN Express, launched on April 10, is set to continue indefinitely following a vote from union members to reject an offer from the airline. Following the vote, which was held on April 18, the airline decided to cancel a number of short- and medium-haul flights through April 25. The strike has already resulted in more than 1500 cancelations.
