Portugal: Nationwide rail strike planned October 3

Workers from the national rail operator Comboios de Portugal (CP), represented by several unions, are planning to stage a nationwide strike on Wednesday, October 3. Though maintenance of minimum levels of train service is required, delays and cancelations are expected on all rail services across the country if the strike goes ahead as planned.
