Flight disruptions due to forecast thunderstorms and subsequent air traffic control restrictions are expected Tuesday, August 21, in the east of the country. As of Tuesday morning (local time), Air Canada is warning of possible delays and cancelations at Montréal-Trudeau (YUL), Québec City-Jean Lesage (YQB), Toronto-Billy Bishop (YTZ), and Toronto-Pearson (YYZ) international airports. Hazardous driving conditions and rail travel disruptions are also possible, along with power outages.
