Italy: Rome Airport and Air Italy strikes October 15 /update 1
Air Italy staff at Olbia Airport (Sardinia) and ground staff at Rome-Fiumicino on strike October 15; flight disruptions possible

Ground staff at Rome’s Fiumicino International Airport (FCO) will be on strike on Monday, October 15. Separately, Air Italy staff based out of Sardinia’s Olbia International Airport will also hold a strike on the same day. Flight and operational disruptions are likely at OLB and FCO during this 24-hour period, with knock-on flight disruptions also possible throughout the Air Italy network.
This Air Italy strike was initially set to take place on October 1 but has been postponed.
Context
