As such, flight delays and cancelations are possible at airports in the region, including in New York City-Newark (JKF, LGA, EWR), Philadelphia (PHL), Boston (BOS), Baltimore-Washington, DC (BWI, DCA, IAD), Toronto (YTZ, YYZ), Bathurst (ZBF), Fredericton (YFC), Gaspé (YGP), Wabush (YWK), and Île-de-la-Madeleine (YGR). Other transportation disruptions, inducing hazardous driving conditions and rail disruptions, are also possible, along with power outages.
