Peru: 5.6-magnitude earthquake leaves six injured in Ica department January 24

A 5.6-magnitude earthquake hit 19 km (12 mi) west of Río Grande (Ica department) late (local time) on Thursday, January 24, leaving at least six people injured and causing minor material damages. Aftershocks are possible in the area over the coming hours and days.
