Lebanon: Gunmen kill two aides to Lebanese Druze minister near Aley June 30

Unidentified gunmen killed two aides to a Lebanese Druze minister as the minister's convoy passed near Aley on Sunday, June 30. The minister asserted that the attack was an "assassination attempt" against him. The attack took place in an area reportedly loyal to a rival Druze leader, who has denied involvement in the assault.
