Public bus drivers in Vancouver to strike November 27-29 after negotiations breakdown between their union and management; associated transportation disruptions expected

TransLink bus drivers in Vancouver represented by the Unifor labor union are planning to go on strike from Wednesday, November 27, through Friday, November 29, to demand a better offer from the Coast Mountain Bus Company. The transport workers will also picket during the strike and supporters are being called to rally outside TransLink offices at 13:00 (local time) on Thursday, November 28.
