Russia: Fire breaks out at oil refinery in Omsk April 13

Emergency workers are responding to a blaze at an oil refinery in the Neftyanik area of Omsk as of the afternoon of April 13. The cause of the blaze, which broke out at around 14:00, is unconfirmed, though it is likely to have been accidental. Although the fire is now reportedly contained, police could close local roads near the refinery to facilitate the emergency response; related disruptions are likely through at least the end of April 13.
