Feminist civil society group set to march in N'Djamena, Chad, June 21.

Activists affiliated with the feminist civil society group Ligue Tchadienne des Droits des Femmes is marching in N’Djamena, June 21. Activists plan to gather at the Palais de la Justice located in the N’Djari neighborhood in the late morning before marching towards the Palais du 15 Janvier where the march is scheduled to end at 13:30.
Although authorities have granted permission for the march to take place, clashes cannot be ruled out, particularly if rival groups of activists attempt to rally nearby. Increased security measures and related transport disruptions are likely along the march route.

Avoid the area of the march, as well as any large concentrations of police on June 21. Allow extra time to reach nearby destinations. Leave the area at the first sign of any security disturbance. Strictly heed the instructions of local authorities.
