Organizers claim the issue stems from the government's failure to pay foreign pharmaceutical suppliers as part of a subsidy program. Dozens to several hundred people may participate in the action.

Increased security and localized traffic disruptions are likely near the protest site. Clashes cannot be ruled out, particularly if the demonstrators are overly disruptive.
