Roads that will be partially or fully shut include Bayfront, Raffles, Republic, and Temasek avenues; Bras Basah and Fullerton roads; Collyer and Raffles quays; Esplanade Drive; Finlayson Green; Marina, Raffles, and Republic boulevards; Nicoll Highway; and Raffles Link. Only security personnel and emergency vehicles can access the affected roads, and authorities encourage travelers to the area to use public transport.

Authorities will likely implement increased security, including deploying additional personnel, to enforce the road closures.
