As of Aug. 16, authorities in the French Caribbean Islands have lifted all COVID-19-related travel restrictions.
Event
As of Aug. 16, authorities in the French Caribbean Islands are not enforcing any COVID-19-related international travel restrictions. A few government recommendations for domestic activities remain in place. Certain sectors can still require individuals to wear facemasks.
Domestic Measures
Most restrictions have been lifted. However, hospitals, pharmacies, as well as medical or laboratory facilities can continue to require that individuals wear facemasks. Authorities continue to recommend that individuals wear facemasks indoors and maintain social distancing.
International Travel Restrictions
Officials in the French Caribbean islands are not imposing any COVID-19-related restrictions on international travel. There are no requirements for travelers to undergo pre-travel testing, present proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or quarantine, regardless of the country of origin.
