Disruptions started the morning of Dec. 6 following a train car malfunction between Totsuka and Ofuna stations. Authorities have suspended all train services between Takasaki and Odawara stations on the Shonan-Shinjuku Line. Delays are also affecting the Takasaki, Tokaido, and Utsunomiya lines; cancelations are possible.
