Panama: Labor unions to demonstrate in Panama City, Jan. 9

Labor unions plan to demonstrate in Panama City Jan. 9 to commemorate Martyrs' Day, the anniversary of riots over the sovereignty of the Panama Canal Zone in which over 20 Panamanians were killed. Participants will gather outside the National Institute of Panama from 08:00.
