The ruling PSUV party is to lead groups in a demonstration in Caracas, Feb. 4, to commemorate National Dignity Day and the anniversary of the 1992 rebellion against the then government. Attendees are gathering from 10:00 at two meeting points: Plaza Venezuela and Nueva Granada Avenue. In 2022, tens of thousands attended the event and similar numbers are likely at the Feb. 5 event.
