Peru: At least six killed in Lima shooting incident Feb. 6

At least six people were killed in a shooting outside the Plaza San Miguel mall in San Miguel District, Lima, Feb. 6. The incident occurred near the intersection of Avenida La Marina and Avenida Jose de la Riva Aguero. Police have launched an operation in response to the incident and did not immediately state whether any suspects remain at large. Localized transport and business disruptions are likely as authorities investigate the scene.
