Nigeria: Multiple arrests in Kaduna state amid COVID-19 lockdown measures April 8

The Kaduna State Police Command has arrested at least 21 people and impounded 53 vehicles. Reports indicate that at least ten of the arrestees were screened and later released.

Reports then suggest that the security forces fired live bullets and killed at least four people in the vicinity.
