France: One dead in car ramming incident in Seine-et-Marne Aug. 14

A car drove into a pizzeria in Sept-Sorts (located in Seine-et-Marne department east of Paris) on the evening of Monday, August 14, leaving at least one eight-year-old girl dead; multiple other people were injured in the incident. The driver has been arrested. Although early reports indicate that the incident was intentional, the possible motive of the driver is not yet clear.
