France: Paris-Montparnasse station partially closed Aug. 19-20

Paris-Montparnasse station to be closed to high-speed (TGV) trains August 19-20; other services not affected

Event

Due to renovation work, high-speed trains (TGVs) will not stop at Paris-Montparnasse station starting on Saturday, August 19, at 20:00 (local time) through to Sunday, August 20, at 12:00. During this period, Gare d’Austerlitz train station will be used as a temporary terminus for high-speed trains initially set to depart from or arrive at Paris-Montparnasse. Certain high-speed trains may also be canceled. Other trains (TER, transiliens, intercités) serving the Paris-Montparnasse station should not be impacted.
